For about 4 years ago,
I dropped on a tile ground and sprained my right wrist. It was not really that terrible, just a typical sprain which was better in one week. in 2010, I fell from a tree and hurt my right wrist rather bad. My doctor thought it was broken, but I first got it x-rayed, and works out it was a very bad hurt. It was virtually healed about 2 weeks later. Only recently, I found out my wrist is really a loud cracking sound when I twist it. The left doesn’t crack like the right. It never hurts when I crack it, it simply cracks when I twist my wrist. The cracking really is not the problem, my real question is, is the cracking sound associated with the injuries?
And just another random question, I’m a youngster and can injuries like this and cracking my wrists lead to arthritis later during my life? It does run in my family.
