Lindsay Soto Biography
Tuesday, May 24th, 2011Lindsay Soto is really a television sports journalist and producer who graduated from El Toro Senior high school in Lake Forest, California in 1994 called the sports editor on her senior high school yearbook.
She graduated in the University of Southern California in 1998 and interned both on the USC Athletic Department and then at Fox Sports Net while attending school majoring in broadcast journalism. Her first job was at an ABC affiliate in Yakima, Washington doing weekend sports and weekday news reporting. Soto later gone to KKFX, a Fox affiliate in Santa Barbara, California where she worked as a weekday sports anchor.
She began working at FSN West full-time in January 2003. Past assignments include: sideline reporter for USC/UCLA football, La Avengers, and La Sparks telecasts; host for Southern California Sports Report, L.A. Times Secondary school Spotlight, and USC Sports Magazine Show, among a number of other programs.
Since 2007, Soto appears in a number of roles on FSN West / FSN Prime Ticket. She co-hosts our prime School Spotlight with Sean Farnham, and can the host of FSN Prime Ticket’s coverage from the High School Game of the Week. She also co-hosted the USC Press Conference Show with , and Trojans Live pre- and post-game coverage of USC vs. Idaho and USC vs. UCLA. She occasionally serves as a sideline reporter during FSN broadcasts from the La Lakers, La Clippers, UCLA Bruins, USC Trojans, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
Soto served as a sportsdesk reporter for NBC Sports coverage of the 2008 Summer Olympics, in addition to a reporter for The NHL on Versus and College football games on Versus.
Lindsay Soto joined NFL Network inside Fall of 2008 being an anchor on NFL Total Access, a reporter for NFL Network Now along with a field and in-studio reporter for NFL GameDay Early morning.
