Martin Caceres Biography

José Martín Cáceres Silva (born April 7, 1987 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan professional footballer who plays for FC Barcelona in the La Liga. His primary position is central defender, but has also featured at right or left back.

He got booked and was given a red card while he was playing against Argentina. He was included in Óscar Tabárez’s 23-men squad for Uruguay inthe 2010 FIFA World Cup, held in South Africa.
