The goalkeeper joined us from Sunderland at the age of 20 in January, 2007.
Ben finally made his Spurs first team debut in our Carling Cup semi-final second leg with Burnley at Turf Moor on January 21, 2009, as we booked our place at Wembley for the second season in a row.
During the 2009/10 season, Ben was a valuable understudy to regular number one Heurelho Gomes for the majority of the campaign, before making his first Premier League appearance for the Club on the final day, once again at Burnley.
This followed an early season loan spell at League One Norwich City, where he made six appearances.
He came through the ranks at Sunderland, making his debut in the Championship against Leicester City aged just 18 in April, 2005, going on to make 22 appearances for the Black Cats.
An England youth regular, Ben had been part of the Under-21 squad for the best part of two years and made his debut as a substitute against Romania in August, 2007
Ben has also enjoyed spells with Luton Town, Leicester City and Carlisle United during his time with us.
