In case you have suffered a wrist injury -
- Immediately use ice to the affected area to reduce the swelling
- Reapply ice after every 3-4 hours for a period of Two days
- Don’t move the wrist and stabilize it by using a support, guard, brace or splint.
- Avoid any exercise or rigorous movement of wrist for 2-3 weeks till your wrists can move freely and are pain-free.
